Sprinkle the seeds in a thin layer on the seed grid and rinse gently under the tap. Fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grid and place in the window sill in a normal room temperature ( 20-22C ). Change the water every day.
You can also fill an empty butter bowl with wet cotton wool and sprinkle the seeds on this. Keep the cotton wool well moist and you can enjoy your own cultivated Sprouts. After 5 days, you can eat the sprouts (which will be 3-5 cm long).
Prolonging for a few days will give some more leaves to the sprouts. Without losing their healthy properties, the sprouts can be kept in the fridge for about a week.
