Shipments

Shipment of your package via PostNL or DHL

We use a delivery time of 2 weeks and ship on Mondays and Fridays. Packages are shipped by PostNL or DHL after receipt of your payment with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer shipping via PostNL or DHL with required signature, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. Whichever shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot merge two orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected.
Because we make the toys ourselves and to order, there may be a delay.

Larger than 175 x 78 x 58 cm and/or weight between 23-30 kg, you will receive an additional charge from us before we ship the package.
Weights larger and / or heavier we do not send or in consultation in multiple packages with the corresponding amount per package.
